At Volos Inn Hotel, check-in is available from 15:00 to 22:30, and guests are kindly requested to check out by 11:00. We strive to accommodate our guests' needs for their stay, especially when estimated arrival times are provided at booking. For check-in after 22:30 or check-out extensions past 11:00, please coordinate directly with our reception desk, subject to hotel availability. Deposits for reservations cancelled up to 5 days before arrival are fully refunded (the amount of the deposit minus any applicable bank or online payment processing fees). In the event of a cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total booking amount. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged to your selected payment method. If you change\/reduce the number of nights within 5 days before your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the booking amount for the days the reservation was reduced.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All reservations made online, by telephone, or email with flexible conditions must be secured at least 5 days before arrival with a bank deposit or debit\/credit card payment amounting to 100% of the total reservation cost.

All non-refundable bookings must also be guaranteed before your arrival by paying the full amount using your preferred payment method. Reservations that fail to comply with these terms will not be accepted by the hotel. Upon check-in\/out, guests have the option to use an alternative acceptable payment method for their stay.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in their rooms\/apartments.<\/li>
  • It is forbidden to prepare food that may cause strong long-lasting odours in the room\/apartments.<\/li>
  • The room should be ventilated during and after each type of cooking (air conditioning off and windows open)<\/li>
  • Ventilation must be used during cooking. In case the room\/apartments are delivered with a strong smell of food that has soaked the furniture and fabrics there will be a cleaning charge of \u20ac350.<\/li>
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning and washing used dishes.<\/li>
  • The cleaning service is not responsible for washing used luggage. If there is no intention of using the kitchen and you prefer that there are no sharp objects in the room, please let us know and we will be happy to remove them from the room.<\/li>
