Check-In / Check-Out for hotel guests:
At Volos Inn Hotel, check-in is available from 15:00 to 22:30, and guests are kindly requested to check out by 11:00. We strive to accommodate our guests' needs for their stay, especially when estimated arrival times are provided at booking. For check-in after 22:30 or check-out extensions past 11:00, please coordinate directly with our reception desk, subject to hotel availability. Please note, additional fees may apply for late check-out requests.
Change/Cancellation Policy (Flexible Rates):
Deposits for reservations cancelled up to 5 days before arrival are fully refunded (the amount of the deposit minus any applicable bank or online payment processing fees). In the event of a cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total booking amount. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged to your selected payment method. If you change/reduce the number of nights within 5 days before your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the booking amount for the days the reservation was reduced.
Change/Cancellation Policy (Non-refundable prices):
Changes or cancellations to these reservations are not permitted.
Upon booking, the total cost of the stay will be charged using the selected payment method.
Reservations are final and non-modifiable; should a cancellation occur, the advance payment will not be returned.
Deposit / Guarantee:
All reservations made online, by telephone, or email with flexible conditions must be secured at least 5 days before arrival with a bank deposit or debit/credit card payment amounting to 100% of the total reservation cost.
All non-refundable bookings must also be guaranteed before your arrival by paying the full amount using your preferred payment method. Reservations that fail to comply with these terms will not be accepted by the hotel. Upon check-in/out, guests have the option to use an alternative acceptable payment method for their stay.
Smoking policy:
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, corridors and all enclosed areas of the hotel. If it is found that smoking has taken place in a room, the hotel will charge a cleaning fee of €250 on your bill before or after check-out.
In-room kitchen policy:
- Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in their rooms/apartments.
- It is forbidden to prepare food that may cause strong long-lasting odours in the room/apartments.
- The room should be ventilated during and after each type of cooking (air conditioning off and windows open)
- Ventilation must be used during cooking. In case the room/apartments are delivered with a strong smell of food that has soaked the furniture and fabrics there will be a cleaning charge of €350.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning and washing used dishes.
- The cleaning service is not responsible for washing used luggage. If there is no intention of using the kitchen and you prefer that there are no sharp objects in the room, please let us know and we will be happy to remove them from the room.
- The hotel will not be responsible for any accidents that may be caused by the unauthorized use of kitchen appliances and kitchen accessories by minors.
Pet policy:
Only service animals are allowed. Please let us know at the time of booking that you intend to bring a guide dog to the hotel, so that we can prepare for its arrival.
Children & extra guests:
Infants and children up to 3 years old are accommodated free of charge in a baby cot placed in the room, or in their parents' bed. Maximum number per room is 1 baby cot (cot).
PleasePlease request the cot in the "Remarks" section of your online booking on the website or by contacting the property's reception by phone.
Please contact us prior to your arrival to ensure that your desired bedroom arrangements are available.
Access Policy for Persons with Disabilities (PWD):
Volos Inn Hotel is 100% compliant with the law for disabled access in Greece. We offer a
accessible double room in the hotel. Please make sure to let us know about your personal accessibility needs in the comments section of the online booking form or by calling us directly at the hotel reception before making the reservation.
Children's policy:
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents/guardians at all times during their stay at the hotel. Parents/guardians are responsible for the use of sharp objects and electrical appliances in the kitchen of the room. We will be happy to remove sharp objects from the room and exclude the use of appliances to avoid accidents. The hotel will not be responsible for accidents due to unauthorized use of appliances and kitchenware by minors.
Minimum Age Requirements:
All guests must be 18 years of age or older to book rooms at Volos Inn Hotel. Valid ID or passport must be presented at the time of check in for age verification. Accommodation with access to minibar and alcohol will only be granted to those guests with valid ID confirming age 17 years or older or must be accompanied by parents/guardians. Any guest who does not meet the minimum legal drinking age of 17 years of age will be denied any room service that includes alcohol.
